Home baking Classes
Come and join us for a week of fun and relaxation, combined with a 3 day course of home baking.
Baking courses are led by ex master Baker of Harrods’s Jérôme Dubois.
We are located in the Lot department of France and our property is situated on a hillside overlooking the Dordogne river and valley with the stunning Castelnau Chateau perched on the opposite hillside.

Make bread and pastry from scratch and understand the way the dough works.
You will be making the doughs yourself with the help of the master baker Jérôme Dubois.
You will have fun making the dough and all the different shapes. There will be a maximum of 6 students at any time and you will have the full support of the Master Baker, who will give you his personal attention.
We will be showing you how to make fun shaped breads etc.... So you can show off when you get home.

The cost of the 3 days course is €250 per person. This includes all the ingredients, facilities, courses expenses and light lunch,
